"Come along, Pond? Please?"
****The Angels Take Manhattan spoilers abound!****

Okay. That was easily one of the most emotional episodes ever.
Don't get me wrong, I adored it. The ending was perfect, and I can't think of a better (albeit more tragic) way to say goodbye to the Ponds.
But it was so darn sad! It began when Amy and Rory jumped off of Winter Quay together. That made me realize how much I want a guy like Rory to be with for the rest of my life. "What are you doing?" "To save you...anything." It was so romantic. And then, any thoughts that Amy didn't love him as much were wiped out.
The ending was the best, though. I'll admit, I genuinely thought that everything would be okay. But once I saw the gravestone..I knew it wouldn't. At least we can take comfort in the fact that they spent the rest of their lives together.
And of course, the Doctor/River feels were awesome, too!
All in all, I loved it. Almost as much as The Wedding of River Song. Almost!
Now, how long till Christmas?

A random diddy I did while on the phone. :3
'The Power of Three' was amazing, as was the beach with mah friends this weekend. The guy at the arcade like Doctor Who!
Ah, well. Going to rehearsal for my county chorus audition this weekend now. I'm so scared, guys, I've heard it's hard for a freshman to make it. Do you think I can do it?

Doctor Who, episodes 1-3: Thoughts and Freak Outs
****Spoilers, fangirling, and pure, unadulterated drabble ahead, read at your own risk****

Hey, all! What with school, violin, and DOCTOR WHO, I've barely had time to breathe, let alone get on Polyvore. But, here I am, and here's what I have to say. (Spoiler Alert: I loved it!)

7:01 Asylum of the Daleks
OMG, that was amazingggg, guys! I was very saddened at first by Amy and Rory, but I knew that that whole conflict would be resolved in the end. I mean, they're perfect for each other! But, it is totally true that Rory loves Amy more than she loves him. Don't get me wrong, it's sad, but I just feel it's true. And the fact that Amy can't have kids is truly saddening. Oswin is awesome. Cannot wait to see what she is going to be like with the Doctor. Although, not exactly sure how that will happen, seeing as she's actually a dalek. I've heard rumors that Jenna Louise is playing two different characters entirely, but...I suppose we'll just have to see. Amazing episode!

7:02 Dinosaurs on a Spaceship
"Dinosaurs...on a spaceship!" From that line, I knew it'd be great, and it was! I really like Rory's dad. He kind of reminds me of Wilf in a way. :3 I loved his classic reaction to the TARDIS and the Doctor and...basically everything that comes along with his life. As far as DW stories go, I thought that this one was more the norm, because it's a classic sci-fi mystery. Where are the people on the ship? Why is it new in one part and overgrown with shrubbery in the other? Most importantly, why are there dinosaurs? Also, the chemistry between Nefertiti and Lestrade (I mean Riddell :) was kind of cool. Also: "Dad, I'm thirty-one. I don't have a Christmas list." "I DO!!!" Reason number 68,306 why I adore the Doctor. Anyway, not as good as Asylum of the Daleks, but definitely pretty good.

7:03 A Town Called Mercy
Kay, so I don't have as much to say about this one because I got home very late from our local theme park and was exhausted after an amazing day, therefore it was a little hard for me to pay attention. But, I trekked through and finished it, and I liked it. I liked how the Doctor was slightly out of his element because he was almost forced to use a gun. Also, the ending with the Gunslinger watching over the town was really cool.

The Power of Three looks amazing, but I will be at the beach with @blackpearl882 and the rest of my GS troop for camping, so I will have to buy it on my iPod to watch on Sunday.

What? Oh, yeah, school! I really love my school. My first class is Spanish II, which is fun because I love to speak Spanish and my teacher is a native speaker, so it's pleasantly challenging. Then I have either orchestra or chorus, depending on the day, both of which I adore. Trying out for both county festivals this year, so it should be fun. Then, math. Never really liked math, but my teacher is really nice, so it's not so bad this year. Flex (fancy term for study hall) is next. It's kind of boring, cos I finish my homework in fifteen minutes, then just sit there the rest of the time. At least I have time to read. Lunch is next, which is fun (goes without saying), especially because I have a mixed group of old and new friends I sit with this year. Last class is English, and it's my favorite! My teacher is so funny and smart, and he's a nerd like me, so that's really cool. I'm doing Model UN, Ren Club, Steering Committee, and the newspaper for clubs. Also, I have a male teacher for every subject but Spanish. Weird?

One last thing: my friend got me a TARDIS necklace, and I learned that three people in my math class like Doctor Who! Score!

Ah, well. If you've actually read all of this, that's very sweet of you. Going to youth ministry, now, though.
DFTBA!

Open your eyes in a new life again, oh, maybe next time you'll be given a chance.
{Hush, Hush, Hush by Paula Cole, feat. Peter Gabriel}
So, the first week of school went really well. The only real issues have been getting the lock on my locker to work and going across the building for classes. I say that because at one point I have to go from the performing arts center (whoo) to the math wing (ugh), and it takes a while. But, we have about six minutes to get from class to class, so everything should work out pretty well.
In other news...DOCTOR WHO IS TODAY. But I'm going to watch it on my iPod on Sunday, and I am soooo excited.
Well. Going to the beach in awhile. Will be back on to fangirl on Monday!

Going back to school on Monday. Pretty excited, especially cos I'm starting high school and I have a friend in each class. So, here's the cover for my binder which I haven't actually gotten yet. You can tell where I ran out of space towards the left-center and I had to get creative with fillers.
Also: Doctorwhodoctorwhodoctorwhodoctorwho ASDFGHJKIL the AIR DATE and TRAILER and FEELS!!!!
Okay, fangirling aside- so it airs September 1st at 9:00 on BBC America, but I'll be at the beach sans cable! But, never fear- I shall purchase it on iTunes to watch on my iPod on the dreaded car ride home amidst that wonderful Labor Day traffic. Soooo excited!!! As for the new trailer, if you haven't seen it:

Until all that remains is a staircase of misinformation.
{Bright Eyes, 'Jejune Stars'} This set was fun to make because I love turquoise colors. :)
Sorry I've not posted a set in a while. The Olympics have kind of taken over my life. NO REGRETS! ;D
I cannot believe summer is almost over. We had orientation at school the other day, got our schedules and everything. Because of the way the block scheduling works, I've got only three 'core' classes in the first semester. Each of my classes I have a friend in, except for Spanish. But, I'm sure that I'll find someone. I'm nervous, but excited. When do you all go back?
